With the energy-saving insulation materials become the mainstream of thebuilding materials market, the market demand of high quality wool products is moreand more big, have higher requirements for wool production. In order to improve theyield and quality, in view of the low efficiency, high cost, current control modebackward, designed and developed a set of mineral wool production line automaticmonitoring and control system based on fieldbus.This paper gives a detailed analysis of rock wool production line, according tothe technological process and control requirements of production line controlstructure of the monitoring system of mineral wool production line was determined.Using the multi-master system,Using Siemens S7-300series PLC as the masterstation, Using small PLC and Siemens ET200M remote I/O module as the controlsystem from the station. By the analysis of the field bus structure, transmissionprotocol, aiming at the production site of different industrial environment, using DPbus and PA bus to configurative the equipment layer network, realizes themaster-slave communication; The communication of control layer and managementlayer are achieve by PROFINET which based on PROFIBUS. Design andDevelopment monitor the interface by Siemens configuration software WINCC,completed the design of process monitoring module of each subsystem and alarm,data query module, realizes the remote access system.In this paper, the different objects in the system according to the processrequirements and the difficulty of controlling proposed different control solutions.For most transmission system and auxiliary equipment adopts frequency conversioncontrol; for a fixed speed difference or synchronization requirements part adopts PIDfeedback to adjust the speed control; for the cupola melting system whose controlelements large time delay, large deviation using the fuzzy control method to realizethe temperature. Details of the design process of rock wool automatic stackingsystem, From hardware selection to design control scheme and the realization ofcontrol and other aspects of the description of the rock wool stacking system. Afterthe scene debugging realizes automatic stacking rock wool board, achieved theexpected design requirements.
