At present,the science and technology of our country develop unceasingly,the quality of the products is improving gradually.Meanwhile,the trend of labor shortage and labor cost rising also gradually appeared.In order to produce products with higher efficiency and realize full automatic production with high speed,robots are widely used.In recent years,the extensive application of robots has also promoted the continuous improvement of the industrial production level in our country and the rapid development of robot technology.At the same time,the continuous expansion of enterprise production scale and the continuous improvement of automation degree also undoubtedly put forward higher requirements for the efficiency of stacking robot.However,it is particularly necessary to study the high-speed stacking production line based on robot technology.Taking the high-speed stacking production line based on robot technology of Hebei Boxline Intelligent Equipment Technology Co.LTD in Shijiazhuang SiYao workshop as the research background,this subject carried on thorough analysis to the technological process of the stacking line,thorough study to the functional requirements of the system and the analysis of its technical parameters.Finally,combined with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)and robot control technology,this subject designed a set of integrated automation system on the high-speed palletizing operation with industrial robot technology.It implemented intelligence,unmanned and remote control of the line indeed.This system program uses the LAD in TIA PotralV15 programming software to write its PLC control program.The main factors affecting the system trajectory planning is the efficiency and stability of the palletizing robot.Compared with a variety of trajectory planning method,one on the five order S curve based on optimal time and impact is proposed.The planning method can not only improve the work efficiency,but also reduce the vibration for acceleration mutation appears in the movement.The robot performs its tasks efficiently and steadily.The high-speed stacking production line based on robot technology studied in this paper reduces labor intensity,improves economic benefits and technical level,and realizes an automatic stacking operation that has a high speed,a high efficiency and a high reliability,which meets the requirements of factory automation and has a good application and promotion prospect.
