With the rapid development of the computer and the network technology, with the warming up of the civil servant recruitment. the number of candidates has increased year by year, on-site registration of the civil servant exam was no longer meet the needs of the current situation. online payments and registration came out and took the place of the traditional ways. the online registration has widely reduce the work that has to be done. made the work much more efficiency and improve the service level during the registration work. it also improve the registration work much more better.This thesis introduces the background of the online registration system of the civil servants recruitment first. provides an overview of the problem to be solved, and discuss the significance and importance of the project. the paper also mentioned the system development methods and other related technologies. this thesis based on the object-oriented analysis and design method. combined with the unified modeling Language UML system design objectives, and conducted a detailed analysis of the demand on the system, including business requirements. functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements. these parts based on case maps and concept class diagram and case descriptions; in the part of system design, the system is based on the overall design and module design, such as online registration, test management, employer audit, system management, the system is also got huge database and other detailed designs.The system is to achieve the basic functions analysis and design of the online registration of the civil servant recruitment, candidates can query online recruitment information, registration, payment, print tickets and query results can also be printed; for the office workers, the can set any information they want and it is easy to manage; for the employers, they can audit fees, query statistics; and for the system administrators, they can do user management, privilege management, and of cause system management. In the last part of the thesis, my main work is summarized, and also, I pointing out the deficiencies of the existing contents and of cause the prospect of my further work.
