Research And Analysis Of County-level Civil Servant Management System In Guizhou Province

With the rapid development of Internet technology and information technology,e-government has been born in the trend of the Internet.After several years of optimization and evolution,more and more e-government applications have been applied to various government agencies.As China is a populous country,its requirements on the civil servants are also becoming more and more strict.In the process of recruiting and appraising civil servants,the traditional model can no longer meet the needs of modernized businesses.As a result,management chaos and complicated business operations have emerged,Frequent mistakes in the assessment process and other factors.The establishment of civil servant management system provides convenience and process management for civil servant management and improves the overall management level of civil servants.The thesis firstly introduces the project background of the county-level civil servant management system in Guizhou Province,and then describes the research status quo of similar systems.Finally,the research contents and main work are introduced in detail.During the business analysis stage,Process description and comprehensive description,the original process and optimization process were compared and analyzed,the process optimization,the main civil service basic information management,attendance management,job appointment and removal management of the eight business items described in the process description and data constraints described;In the functional analysis phase,use the package diagram and use case diagram to describe each function in detail.In the stage of data analysis,this paper comprehensively designs and analyzes the data contents of each function of the system,and presents the structure of the data table by using the entity relation diagram.The thesis summarizes the work contents in the final stage,including the design and development The advantages and disadvantages of the process,and prospects for the future planning and optimization of civil service management system.
