Based on internet technology, the Institutional Recruitment System For Online Registration And Management is a system for the institutions to recruit. It has the functions of registration, registered-information verification, payment & confirmation, admission tickets assignment & query, score ranking & query, information statistics, and so on. Based on the institutional recruitment business-process design, this system has transformed traditional onsite centralized registration into intelligent e-informational registration model with much higher efficiency. Therefore, it gets rid of the problems like high on-site administrative cost, inconvenience for examinees to register, inefficiency and error-proneness in examination management.First, this thesis describes the system’s research background, the summary of the problems that need to be addressed, and talks about the significance of the research and the importance. Second, it introduces relevant development techniques such as MVC, Spring, and Hibernate. Third, it puts forward the goal of the system, analyzes the system requirements in detail (including feasibility analysis, functional requirements and non-functional requirements), and shows use-case diagrams.In the design stage, the system is divided into view layer, control layer, business layer and persistence layer in terms of layered architecture. Subsequently, main function modules and the design contents of main modules are elaborated, along with modular class diagrams and sequence diagrams. Both security and database designs are also explained in this thesis.In order to resolve the key questions, this thesis puts forward a shuffle algorithm based on loops to distribute admission tickets randomly, an improved algorithm based on weighted score to rank, and measures to optimize the performance of persistence layer by partitioned tablespace, connection pool, Hibernate cache configuration and using stored procedure in some cases.In the implementation stage, with the elaboration of Spring and Hibernate parameter configurations, the thesis provides concrete implementations of the system which includes persistence layer, business layer, control layer, view layer, and screenshots of interface.After being tested and trialed, it is proved that the system has met the institutional recruiting needs for registration and management, and was provided with the features of security, stability, maintainability and cross-platform compatibility.
