In recent years, with the gradual improvement of the national standard of living, the disease due to the changes in the living conditions has rapidly been rising, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and other chronic non-communicable diseases. It has become the major diseases that endanger people’s health. Hypert ension has been increasingly becoming society, the major health threat to people’ s killer but arouse our attention.In order to analyze the association between hypertensive patients with blood pressure, blood glucose, blood lipids physical health conditions and many other factors and Yunnan special terrain elements in soils and other environment, it is convenient to input to facilitate staff access, analyze data and it has played an important role in establishing data of patients with hypertension in Yunnan Provi nee. Yunnan hypertension sampling and influencing factors browser unfolded B/S structure in the form of GIS (geographic information system), and it has bee n to achieve a on this basis, the use of GIS technology, including a map of the basic operations, such as zoom in, zoom, pan CRUD data manipulation operatio ns such as high blood pressure data, spatial query, form data and map informatio n interact hypertension data release of classified rendering GP services and other functions. Overcome in the past under the C/S structure information system d eployment costly, complex maintenance work, the system is not compatible with a range of issues related to simply download a small plug-in installed on the cli ent browser can get related services.This thesis is based on sampling information to patients with hypertension, the patient’s gender, geographical location, hypertension blood pressure as well as the impact of hypertension many factors, mainly soil metal elements calcium, magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, manganese,eight iron and copper content of the sample data the GIS visualization management. The system uses a Silverlight application design NET development platform or C#as the development language, the ArcGIS API for Silverlight WebGIS development interface, access published with ArcGIS Server map services to achieve information into the map operation, space or attribute query, thematic mapping function.
