Design And Implementation Of Guangdong Provincial Environmental Quality Monitoring System Base On ArcGis Silverlight

Environmental quality monitoring system in Guangdong Province has the characteristics of spatial temporal distribution and evolution. On the basis of existing hardware and software platform, it needs to use the database application system of automatic monitoring management and decision support management in Guangdong Province. By using the combination of database technology, WebGIS technology and modern water environment management, establish the Web-based geographic information management system of advanced framework, normative and authoritative information and good interaction.The system uses Microsoft Silverlight technology combined with ArcGIS ArcGIS API for Silverlight Microsoft. Silverlight is a Web new rendering technology support for Rich Internet Applications RIA (Rich Internet Applications), combined with ArcGIS geographic information services, can be a greater degree of visibility to improve data results, and enhancing the interaction of the user and the system, rich user experience. The architecture of the system development using Microsoft Silverlight development "tailor-made" MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel), is Silverlight development of state-of-the-art development mode.This paper includes four parts. The first part is introduction, describing the system background-, research content and research methods etc., and technical overview chapter introducing the platform, technology and framework used in the system development. Secondly analyze the function demand of system, describing function and quality demand with detailed description of the data structure and developing design according to the requirements and technical characteristic. The third part analyzes key code of system implementation in function implementation, displaying system key interface screenshots. Finally summarize the system and paper in development and prospect.
