Research On 5W Model Of Celebrity Archives Information Resources Development In Guangxi District Archives

Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region has a long history and has a strong flavor of revolutionary culture.Among them,people with certain popularity and social contributions form a collection of all forms of records with preservation value in their lives,that is,celebrity archives.Celebrity archives are not only cultural resources that can be excavated,but also a rare spiritual wealth with potential value-added effect.In order to give full play to the cultural value of celebrity archives and realize the full utilization of celebrity archives,this paper studies the development mode of celebrity archives information resources through literature research method,case analysis method and field research method,analyzes the advantages of raswell 5W applied to the development of celebrity archives information resources,and uses raswell 5W mode to systematically and systematically construct the development mode of celebrity archives information resources.Taking the development status of celebrity archives information resources of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Archives(hereinafter referred to as Guangxi archives)as the research object,this paper analyzes the development status of celebrity archives information resources of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Archives from five elements: development subject,development form and content,development media support,development service object and development effect evaluation.It is found that the museum has weak awareness of development subject,monotonous form and content,less media support The audience has poor pertinence and lack of effect evaluation.Finally,based on the 5W model,this paper puts forward the solution strategies for the development of celebrity archives information resources in Guangxi archives,that is,to improve the awareness of the development subject,optimize the development form and content,broaden the development media channels,expand the development audience and establish the effect evaluation mechanism,in order to provide reference for the development and research of celebrity archives.
