Network engineering training course is one of the core courses of professional networktechnology major, the course is a very practical course, including all links of project implementationsuch as the customer communication, structure design, equipment selection, implementation plan, costaccounting, construction organization and project acceptance. However, due to the characteristics ofthe course, practice and training conditions, the course teaching in most schools remains in theorylearning lacking of opportunity to carry out the actual project activities, making the teaching less effect.Not affected by time, space, geographical restrictions, network teaching system of people’scooperation makes the student project practice in the virtual environment simulation. The developmentof Network training system of development people’s cooperation, in order to realize the virtual realitysimulation teaching method, which can make up for the field practice, professional technology andknowledge and practice of inadequate mastery has become an important aspect of the study. This papermainly focuses on the following aspects of work:⑴Based on the game engine technology, introduce some elements of game design, let the learneris similar to playing the game form to participate actively in the network project of virtual trainingscenario, active learning, exploring and constructing a network project.⑵The virtual scene and the design of teaching content according to the teaching objectives andrequirements for the design, not only can the reasonable for students to complete the tasks, and canachieve real-time rendering speed ideal.⑶In order to ensure the consistency of the virtual scene under distributed environment display,character animation real-time display requirements, focusing on the study of Distributed ObjectVirtools Multiuser Server, and the technology will be applied to the development of this system.⑷MVC design mode based on ThinkPHP, the teaching system developed by Virtools peoplecollaboration of integration, and then released into the people collaboration network teaching systembased on Web.Through the development of the system, the learner people participate in the network project caselearning in the form of virtual in distributed virtual environment, experience the training environmentpersonally on the scene, improve the learning effect, reduce the teaching cost. At the same time, theapplication development mode based on Web, is convenient for Internet users to learn, to achieve theteaching resources reuse.Finally, the problems are analyzed and summarized, and out the deficiencies of the system, andthe future research direction was put forward.
