The steel industry is not only an important basic industry of the national economy, but also an important indicator of the level of the national economy and overall national strength. China’s steel production is very huge,683million tons in2012. With the rapid economic and social development, industrialization, urbanization, infrastructure investment, steel production is also growing.It is storage the samples of raw steel produced, so as to examine every produced steel color, hardness, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, tensile strength and other parameters of the sampling purpose of the original quality of steel. The three-dimensional steel warehouse which has high space utilization, into the library capacity management, very good computer adapt to the enterprises now modern management, has been an indispensable business logistics and production management warehousing technology more and more importance in enterprises.According to the data collection and analysis of the enterprise requirements (steel productivity requirements, cost requirements, warehouse storage capacity), it determined the design requirements and designed the overall structure of the shelves, moving system, control system. Moving parts is simulated in Solidworks, the stable and normal operation of system is ensured.First of all, according to the requirements of the principle of the control system, it constructed hardware control system of three-dimensional Steel samples warehouse. it including the doors of the switch the system (BISS0001infrared transmission module), lift trolley altimetry systems (magnetic grid ruler SIKO) tray position detection system (Proximity switches LJ12A3-4-Z/BX), Mitsubishi PLC, motor execution system, and designed the function of various system components, installation location.Secondly, it designed the software control system. The system which based on the monitoring software KingView, monitored and collected the height data of the sports car by the various detection elements. It established the connection between the configuration software and PLC via Ethernet, and displayed real-time dynamic to ensure storage steel samples accurate.Thirdly, According to the storage characteristics of the three-dimensional steel-like warehouse and achieve short-range control, it is designed the touch screen. It is designed GT-1000analog screen, computer and steel-like storage interface to simulation steel samples stored procedure.it is designed the touch-screen of three-dimensional steel-like warehouse. If you use the touch-screen technology, you can make the steel sample storage simple. fast.In summary, the paper is created to a hardware platform based on the sensor systems, the King View software systems, and the PLC systems, which can be achieved its visualization and accuracy. We designed the monitoring system by the magnetic scale (SIKO), the Limit place of data through the proximity switch (LJ12A3-4-Z/BX). The system can be used to monitor and collect the data via Ethernet to achieve real-time storage.
