| In many aspects of enterprise management, customer relationship is in the keyposition, and there is no doubt that only establishing a good relationship withcustomers, the enterprise can win the fierce market competition. The traditionalcustomer relationship management seriously hindered the development of theenterprise, and mainly depends on the manual management. In order to improve theefficiency of the customer relationship management, we put the Two-dimensionalcode technology into the customer relationship management, and establish a perfectcustomer relationship management system.The two-dimensional code technique that we use in customer relationshipmanagement system is based on the QR code. It is mainly used in identityverification, electronic consumer certificate and other areas. It can provide anefficient and convenient channel between customers and enterprise managers, whichgreatly enriched the way of customer relationship management.In this paper, firstly it introduces the development and research of customerrelationship management. Secondly we do a detailed introduction totwo-dimensional code, such as the principle of QR code, the encryption anddecryption and so on. The entire system consists of four subsystems: portal,backstage management, business analysis and data synchronization (ETL). Analysisshowed that the two-dimensional code enhance the interaction between businessesand customers and improve the customer loyalty for company and rich the means ofenterprise management. The end of the article analyzes the limitations of theapplication of the two-dimensional technology in the customer relationshipmanagement system and put forward some suggestions for improvement. |
