In recent years, China’s commercial vehicle market developed rapidly. In2010, China’s production of commercial vehicles was4,367,600, an increase of28.19%;4,304,100sales of commercial vehicles, an increase of29.90%year-on-year. According to AlixPartners (a global business advisory firm) released an Outlook of the Global Commercial Vehicle Industry in2010, on unit of production basis, China has become the biggest global commercial vehicle manufacturing countries by49%of the global output.Commercial vehicle production attribute determines a strong correlation between its demand and GDP growth, investment in fixed assets. According to national statistics, about1%of the fixed assets investment is on commercial transportation vehicle directly related to project construction. According to Experts from the State Information Center expected that along with the steady growth of GDP and the country fixed investment in recent years, there would remain around9%of the long-term growth trend of our commercial vehicles in the next decade.At present,,whether it is expedient response to raw material price increases or long-term strategy of competing against with foreign enterprises for the commercial vehicle industry, a large-scale inter-industry collaborative after-sales service chain is needed. Only on the basis of the large-scale, supply enterprises can have the ability to develop core manufacturing technology and specialized production, can be able to really achieve the "4S", that is vehicle sales, spare parts, after-sales service and information feedback (survey). In post-industrial era with a significant sign of Information, to share information in the collaborative service platform system between enterprises in services chain is essential to respond quickly without a lot of inventory, to maintain service levels but reduce most existing inventory, fixed assets and transport means. In summary, it is very significant to establish a collaborative service platform to accelerate the speed and quality of service, to improve the integrated service capabilities, responsiveness, recognition as well as to cultivate modern service industry through a multi-enterprise, multi-structure, multi-business application in the commercial vehicle industry chain.This project adopt ORACLE database, JAVA technology, B/S structure to establish collaborative service platform SOA-based of commercial vehicles with standardized building business operating system for service terminals, to establish enterprise-level service system platform focus on leading industry enterprises to achieve effective integration of enterprises’internal information system, to set up collaborative industry service chain in accordance with the failure context retroactive to reduce service cost of the industry chain.This paper discusses architecture design of the collaborative service platform, including:adopt architecture designing concept of procurement SOA system to design system processing interface oriented for specific service in which system users’data entry and system selection only simply follow corresponding operating specifications, requirements, standards without understanding the system logic process flow. Adopt ESB middleware technology to define system processing logic and information system interface for data within enterprises while complete transferring of data exchange, transformation, automatic processing of business; establish collaborative service platform system, aim at comprehensive collaboration through multi-enterprise service business in the industrial chain.
