Cloud computing and mobile networking are the new-generation transformative technologies changing the mode of operation and management of enterprises. The integration of cloud computing and mobile networking has become the developmental trend of informationized enterprises and an effective means to tackle the authenticity, timeliness and accuracy of information. This paper, combined with the National 863 Project "2013AA040606:Research and Development of Business Collaboration Service Platform for Automobile and Engineering Machinery Industry Chains", and based on the Auto Aftersales Service System of the Automobile Industry Chain Collaboration SaaS Platform developed by the author’s institution, proposed an Android-based solutions by which the mobile intelligent terminal collected aftersales service information and processed related information, which combined real-time image information collection, identification, transmission, storage technologies such as multi-tenancy images, so as to meet the latest needs of suppliers/manufacturers on the authenticity, timeliness and data accuracy of to-be-maintained images. Main research contents of this paper include:According to the requirements of the Industry Chain Collaboration Platform on the real-time collection, identification and transmission of aftersales maintenance services images, detailed analysis is made on Android client-side tool, remote service interface and system security mechanism.After analyzing possible false picture information problems in the existing aftersales services on the Collaboration Platform, this paper proposed the Android-based mobile intelligent terminal to collect aftersales services information and perform relevant information-processing solutions, and studies the on-site maintenance and service information collected from the Android terminal and related processing tools.According to the integration and application needs of on-spot maintenance images and other data of after-sales services on the SaaS platform, this study researched and developed the Android client-end remote service interface and the data interface for reviewing maintenance receipts.To address the problem of large information amount of aftersales maintenance and service images and break the I/O technological bottlenecks frequently encountered when pictures were accessed, it was suggested building an image storage server, not only to realize the separation of image services and business services but also to effectively enhance the performance of the entire aftersales service system.According to the business confidentiality requirements of aftersales maintenance services, both aftersales service personnel and service information transmission should prevent service information from being tampered and should be able to identify information that had been tampered. The paper proposed a security solution that integrates ID information authentication,data transmission security and digital watermarking together.
