In today's "the customer is god" age, who can establish effective product after-sale service mechanism, fast response to customer's need, who can win the customer respect and reputation, thus win the market. In order to improve the auto after-sales service quality and efficiency, more and more automobile factory implemented after-sales service management system, due to variability of after-sales service business process and documents and the instability factors of the personnel organization structure, this propose a new challenge for establishment of a high flexibility, scalability, maintainability, stability of automotive after-sales service system. This paper is proposed based on workflow technology of automobile industry chains ASP platform after-sales service system solutions. Based on ASP platform and realize the automobile industry chain collaboration, using workflow management techniques to reduce for business process requirements changes caused a series of influence, and achieve "Rapid Response, Service Specifications, Standard Unified" after-sales service management system.The main content of the research is to make the workflow technology in automotive after-sales service system, the application and how to use the workflow technology and other technologies to improve the flexibility of the system, stability, thus achieved the reduced by business process changes to the system influence, improving the service quality goals.After-sales service system in the realization of the system will be divided into two major parts, respectively for workflow modeling tools and after-sale service system, from the logic of the structure, workflow definition and workflow management system realizes the separation, and because of this structural separation to the flexibility of the system for after-sales service provides powerful guarantee.The design of the whole system based on layered architecture ideas to improve the maintainability of the system. Both after-sales service system and workflow modeling tools are divided into logically four layers, respectively for the data layer, business logic layer, Web service layer, and the presentation layer. Program level of separation, realized the weak coupling and kind duties of separation, facilitate subsequent development and maintenance work, thereby improving the system of maintainability.System based on components and modular design way enhanced code reusability and improves the system's ability of maintain; System using object-oriented approach to abstraction, by use of the variation function module, designed for user-configurable XML file, and then through the use of reflection techniques to create objects dynamically ideas to improve the flexibility of the system.
