In the ongoing development of coal mining, blasting and mining equipment,transportation, cleaning and other production process will generate a lot of dust, solid waste,waste and other pollutants, on air, water and the surrounding ecological environment causedmore serious pollution, with serious consequences for production and livelihood of thepeople.Face of the increasingly critical situation, conventional coal mine environmentmonitoring tools has been unable to meet the demand. To make the development of coalresource exploitation and environmental protection, in order to achieve coal mineenvironment dynamic monitoring of large-scale, all weather, all weather, the establishmentof a business environment monitoring system, Shenhua geological exploration limitedliability company decided to build business processing and remote sensing monitoringmanagement information system in mining area.The authors as a technical leader for theproject, involved in the entire system development process. On the basis of this article onanalysis of user’s business requirements, design and realization of remote sensing monitoringof mining business processing and management information systems.This main results were as follows:1. Design and Realization of business processing and management information systemfor remote sensing in mining area. On the basis of fully understand and analyze userneeds, complete the overall system architecture design, achieving around the topic of remote sensing monitoring of mining products, retrieving, viewing, downloading,and other core business functions of the system.2. Based on remote sensing products fast parallel algorithms for tree production.Design the algorithm processes the tree model, and discusses the construction of themodel, storage, parallel-driven, automated layout displays and other relatedissues.Using the C#implementation of the IDL language products based on themodel of parallel production, c#real-time interaction with the IDL problem wasresolved.3. Three-dimensional data based on World Wind showing programmes.Design Basedon the geoserver and World Wind set of data retrieval, data dissemination, data viewin one of the three-dimensional data display scheme.And applied to the miningarea of remote sensing monitoring business processes and management informationsystems, implementation of BS mode Three-Dimensional Digital Earth.
