Wind power is an important form of wind energy utilization, vigorously developclean energy such as wind power is a strategic choice of the world. For the full and effective use of wind power generation, supervisory control anddata acquisition (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition, SCADA) system as thecore of automation control information is complete and advantages, can improve theefficiency and proper understanding of the state of the system is running, speed updecision-making, help rapid diagnostic system fault state, to improve the reliability ofwind farm operation, security and economic benefits have an irreplaceable role.SCADA system will be collected wind turbine operating data transmission to themonitoring, analysis and management of these massive data from discovery andmastery of the system operation, and early warning of possible failure issue is animportant issueIn this paper, the J2EE platform to build a wind power remote Jiankongmanagement systems and systems using the Drools rules engine to build data cleaningand conversion tool, the same use Drools building alarm rule library, in order to buildan intelligent alarm system, and to graphically show the unit in real time running state.At the same time, the system also developed the supporting modules including: the unit fault management platform, platform, the unit service management platform,knowledge base platform of the unit, statistical reporting platform crew warning show.Has been successfully developed wind power remote monitoring and managementsystem "function module, and is put into use, the expected design goals have beenreached, wind turbine to be raised online time, reduce system response maintenancetime.
