With recent advances in the science and technology,the modern electronics and information technology has developed unceasingly which brings the monitoring technology continuing development.The modern monitoring technology has been no longer confined to a single or independent sensor survey or data processing,but the integrated fusions of multiple techniques.In connection with the actual need of the wind erosion sandstorm and the microclimate environment's monitor technology,we put forward a kind of wind erosion sandstorm and the microclimate environment supervisory system which is based on the embedded ARM-Linux technology,the Zigbee technology,the GPRS networking and modern sensor technology.According to the environmental factors as well as the type and model difference of kinds of sensors,which are used to hinder the wind erosion sandstorm and monitor the microclimate environment,we choose the design proposal that applies the powerful ARM9 processor AT91RM9200 as the hardware platform and the open-sourced embedded Linux operating system as software platform.In view of the distribution of the sensors in field monitoring,we select the design scheme that the Zigbee technique which is based on the wireless independent routing connects the various simulated sensors and main module of Zigbee connects the processor of AT91RM9200 via the communication protocol of RS-232.In terms of the choice of the data processing methods,a design method that connects the GPRS network wireless transmission with the data local storage which could apply the scene storage device with USB connection like U plate,the SD card and so on.When carrying on the GPRS network transmission,we choose Siemen's MC39i module which realizes a seamless joint between the GPRS network and Internet network in order to execute the correspondence of the termnal device and the far-end server.In software design,the modular design and the multithreading programming are used to advance the software movement ability;in network programmng,the Socket programming technology is used to guarantee the multichannel data network transmission.The system we apply has implemented the whole process of hardware and soft ware design and has been installed and used in experimental establishment of China Agricultural University in Baicheng Jilin province.Practice proves that this system has the following features such as high reliablity,small volume,easy installation and data acquisition in time,accuracy,reliability,etc.
