Design And Implementation Of Student Archives Management System In Higher Vocational Colleges

Traditional method of archives management is not only a waste of manpower andmaterial resources, and at the same time is also extremely not convenient in storage andquery. With the current informatization deepening, it is much more difficult fortraditional archives management mode to adapt with the development of moderneducation situation. Therefore, it is urgent to achieve the management of students’Archives in higher vocational colleges which is an efficient, convenient application ofdatabase management technology, that is the study basis of significance. The studentrecords management system in higher vocational colleges is developed for the studentrecords management department in Vocational Colleges of business processmanagement software. The development of this system can not only the development ofdecision support for learning, but also can improve the efficiency of school management.Users of the system can be convenient and fast query work of higher vocational collegestudents archives management system.This system is divided into6chapters, first of all, introduces the background andsignificance of the development of the system, and summarizes the present researchsituation of domestic and abroad in this system. Then it introduces the key technologyof the system design and related tools which includs ASP, ODBC application system,B/S structure and SQL Server2005. Second is the analysis of the student recordsmanagement system in higher vocational colleges needs, set up by the student recordsmanagement system and perfect the archives management school more scientific,improve work efficiency, easy to find after the data, improve the security of the filesystem. Need for the system of student data modifications to students, add, delete, dataquery. Performance need to achieve a comprehensive system, reliability, security,compatibility, efficiency and maintainability. The student records management systemin higher vocational colleges is divided into four modules: system management module,student information module, student achievement module, public management module,after the detailed design and the function of every module in the systemimplementation.Finally, each module of the system function test, through the test to the system log management, student achievement information module, student achievementmanagement module and the announcement management module indicates that thesystem has realized the expected function and good performance.
