Analysis Of The Colleges And Universities Assess The Formation And Management Mode Of The File

This essay makes a research on the formation characteristics and management mode of university evaluation archives based on the evaluation of university's undergraduate teaching level. The effective development of teaching evaluation objectively requests a set of relatively independent and systematic evaluation archives, while the development of teaching evaluation practice is objectively promoting the maturity of university archives system. This paper firstly explains the composition of evaluation archives and interprets the relationship between evaluation archives and university archives. Furthermore, the author explains the forming process of evaluation archives and proposes the ideas and philosophies of consummating the management mode of evaluation archives under present conditions in view of the present existing problems of evaluation archives management on the management strategy, the management system, and the management process. Lastly, the writer analyzes three important management links including the determination of the scope of evaluation archives, the standard of the forming process of evaluation archives and the consummation of the management system of evaluation archives on combining schools with institutes and carries on a design and discussion of the forming process management and the entity management on evaluation archives. The author emphasizes that the very core of the optimization of the evaluation archives management mode is to realize the conversion from providing archives passively to forming archives actively, while the critical point is to realize the organic combination of forming process management and the entity management.
