The Design And Implementation Of Tax Decision Support System Based On Business Intelligence

Business Intelligence(BI) is a business management terminology. At the end of the1990s of the last century, the first foreign enterprise and corporate sector appeared, andit used to improve the performance of business operations, technology and software. Itapplied the state-of-the-art information technology to enterprise, and had the ability toprovide the access to information not only by businesses, but also by the developmentof information. On the basis of tax industry data centralization and the premise ofhistorical data extraction, it had transformation, integration and tax data warehouse, andtook full advantage of data mining, OLAP (online data analysis) and other informationtechnology tools for the local tax query statistics, data analysis, and had the ability ofproviding leadership information for decision-making, rationalization proposals, thedepartment of Finance and other business functions.In this dissertation, the main problem is the tax administration, and the main objectof research is the tax management based on business intelligence. As the foundation ofin-depth analysis of tax collection and management industry application, it needs to beable to make full use of the tax industry data and extracts from general law of tax, andhas the ability to improve the efficiency of tax administration and tax policy-making.Those are major issues in tax information development.The main research(work) of this disseration are as follows:1. Set up a platform that can store data especially ODS center;2. The main theme is tax, and based on this theme, the data warehouse could be setup easily;3. Set up a data audit mechanism. Combining with the ETL(data extraction,cleaning, transformation, and loading), we can easily monitor the process of taxation;4. Design and implementation of the system. The system includes many functions:management, monitoring management, special management, query analysis andprediction.
