The main work of this paper is the first choice of the topics of thebackground and current situation at home and abroad to elaborate, also introduced themain contents of the research and research objectives, and then introduced thedevelopment of this system is closely related with the basic theory, including thedevelopment of methods to develop technology and the development of principles,according to the development of the basic theory of the system needs analysis, includinguser role requirements, system functional requirements, database requirements, andoperating environment requirements. And analysis of the content according to thedemand for the detailed design of the system, including the functional module design,process design program, database design, finally completed in the system, based on theoperation of the system functions and operating performance of the test to verify that thesystem meets the functional requirements of the user. The system uses B/S architecture,the choice can be cross-platform java as the development language to db2as database,developed a system management, asset management, process management, servicemanagement four modules, capable of banking business in information technology assets, processes and services for effective management.At present, the system has been successfully running on the line in the Bank ofcommunications, the practical application shows that, this system design is reasonable,convenient operation, and complete functions, has a relatively perfect managementfunction. Can effectively solve the information technology task coordination difficulties,low efficiency and difficult to supervise examination questions.
