Study Of Heterogeneous Database Integration Techniques And It's Application In Population Information System

With the development of computer networks and database technology, there are many kinds of database development tool. as a result of the different development tools, produced a wide variety of database management system.For the urgent need for data sharing and information exchange in different database management system, the integration of heterogeneous databases becomes more inportant. How to integrate heterogeneous database research has become a hot issue in recent years.According to the current situation, I studied and discussed the database theory of integration of heterogeneous and related specific issues in this thesis,The main content is as follows:(1)Analysed the current population information management system. Pointed out the existing problems and the necessity and feasibility of applying the heterogeneous database technology in PIMS.(2)Studied and discussed the theory of integration of heterogeneous database and related problems.(3) putted forward a scheme of the middleware framework based on the heterogeneous database system integration. Realized a prototype system based on middleware . analysed the efficiency and safety of integrated heterogeneous database system.(4)Did some appliance study of integration of heterogeneous in the population information system ,and solved the heterogeneous problems on current population information system. implemented the sharing for population information system data and improved the level of population information management.
