Research On Heterogeneous Database Integration Technology

Presently, an organization often has many different forms, for example, a large-scale enterprise, Institution, common many Branch office, because works the emphasis point is different, various Branch office possibly uses the different database management system managerial data, like this between various organizations needs to have the massive exchange of information. These databases, heterogeneous performance in many aspects, if the data type is different, the data expression is different, the managerial data the software to be different, as well as systems operation's environment is different. Along with the enterprise cooperation and the government affairs computerization's development, many information systems need to visit in these heterogeneous database the data. Therefore, needs one kind of new system frame to solve many heterogeneous database integration.The present paper has conducted the research and the discussion to heterogeneous data integration's difficult question, summarized heterogeneous database integration technology development, the union at present quite popular Web the Service technology, proposed based on the Web Service heterogeneous database integrative system frame, in the article also discussed this frame design, the system constitution and each module function, has realized one based on the Web Service heterogeneous database integration prototype system. Finally has confirmed the plan feasibility and the validity through the actual project's application.In this plan, the system has completed the far-end data to the middle database data transformation and the integration, has provided the first floor support for the application procedure visit to distribution database information's, has realized the user visit and the operation transparency; Carries on the seal using Web Service to the far-end data manipulation function function, its own platform, the language independency and the interoperability have realized system's cross platform and the loose coupling. Moreover, through uses the middle database preservation link information the method, enables the system to have an elastic space, namely when is integrating a database newly or had the database changes its material storage structure, does not need greatly to change overall system's structure, also does not need to change the primitive database the storage form, can process the material quantity which in the future will increase sharply, reduce effective in the future the system maintenance cost.
