Design And Implementation Of The Annual Target Assessment System On Local Government Cadres Ethnic Minority

The object of this research is to establish the local government cadres annual targetassessment system based on E-government, and will have the characteristics of ethnicminorities into the development, mainly to the service quality evaluation andadministrative examination ability as the main part, gradually realize the relatednetwork task of electronic information system can guide the administrative serviceevaluation well, improve government efficiency, service levels, and promote the localgovernment to achieve high efficiency, low cost, open, transparent four basic goals.This topic development to the quality assessment and responsibility to supervise,executive summary, the core of electronic information system. Using the new developedthe minority cadres of local government’s annual target appraisal system, not onlyimproves the evaluation target of fairness, impartiality and science; Maximum norm,perfect the government cadres from among ethnic minorities annual target examinationevaluation system and save the inspection time and human resources, to providescientific information for the construction of service government support, which saveunnecessary waste of resources, management by the administrative department to betteradapt to the development needs of the information age.The system can make services for citizens and provide technical support forgovernment management. During the process of research and implementation, I followthe principles of software engineering, using the waterfall system development model torequirements analysis, design, development, testing. Based on the rearch of evaluationfor teaching quality at home and abroad, I have made innovations and built a completeset of evaluation indicators.I used of the popular MVC framework.and made powerfulMyEclipse as a development tool, established a Mature and stable developmentframework with Struts. Mysql were used as a database system. VBA was used togenerate report.and export the result to Excel. When the program was finished, unittesting, integration test and system testing were required. In the end the system must bemaintenance,I hope to improve the system for future studies and provide a direction forgovernment administration efficiency evaluation.
