Since the evidence-based software engineering was introduced in software engineering in 2004,an increasing number of researchers pay attention to and use one important method of evidence-based software engineering:systematic literature review.Hundreds of systematic reviews on different topics have been published since 2004.However,fewer Chinese researchers adopted this method and contributed to less articles in highly reputed evidence-based conferences and journals. At the meantime, researchers may still have misused some methods in systematic reviews. This thesis introduced every phase of systematic reviews and the methods used in these phases to help researchers gain better understanding of the systematic review. We collected systematic reviews with sufficient quality since this methods was introduced in software engineering. We analyzed these systematic reviews to understand the-state-of-art of this methodology in software engineering and make a preparation for the further tertiary studies. There are also some tertiary studies in software engineering. The case study in this thesis.titled "Quality Assessment of Systematic Reviews in Software Engineering:A Tertiary Study", is a tertiary study focused on the quality assessment in systematic reviews. It illustrated the state-of-the-art of the quality assessment in systematic reviews and offered researchers advices when they perform quality assessment in their systematic reviews.Systematic reviews have multiple stages and produce large amount of data during the process. To better manage the procedure and data.we used the corresponding supporting system. This thesis introduced this system and displayed the custom-built feature of this system.
