Financial industry is very important in IT industry. Modern financial industry is knowledge-oriented industry. Based on the foundation of knowledge and information, the managerial character plays a more and more role in organization structure, operation mode, and business exploit. Information accelerates the development innovation, and managerial of financial industry. For financial industry depends on information technology, it requires that financial information system has the character of high speed, stable, secure ability of information dealing, and integration with new business. For financial industry is the industry of using IT technology very early, the legacy financial systems occupy large proportion of software legacy system. The histories of these legacy systems are very long. These systems have lots of issues (e.g.: bottle of performance, the outdated design and technology, new functions, integration of business requirement). It imminently need refractor these systems with new technology, software design idea and software engineering method to satisfy the need of system. This thesis analyzes the issues of GTS S original system, the bottle and defect of the technology adopted in the original system. Through the detail analysis of the original system, using the Struts framework based on MVC Design Pattern and Tiles framework to redesign the presentation layer of original system. Using hibernate to redesign persistence layer. This thesis tiers system with own implementation IOC container and it extracts business logic into one separate layer. Through the "Common Service" based on IOC pattern integrate system very well. This lightweight container replaces the heavyweight container EJB. It makes the performance, maintenance improvement, while the development cost down.
