With the rapid development of the national economy and the growing scale of production, the safety of process industry has become an important issue today. Using safety analysis methods to evaluate the devices to get potential security risks and propose solutions is a commonly used method. Such softwares can be divided into two categories:first, project management software, and the other is the automated reasoning software. Solved some disadvantages of manual safety assessment as "time-consuming, laborious, high cost". However, some of conclusions is invalid, and it can not analyse all the Guide Words, can not provide security suggestion. In this paper, the two types of software will be combined, brings together the advantages of both kind of softwares, with full flow safety analysis capacity and project management functions. In this paper, based on absorbing the experience of safety assessment project management software and computer automatic safety assessment software, and a set of analysis process and software architecture is designed. First of all, UML (unified modeling language) modeling technology is used to design and describe system, and this paper puts forward a modular, graphical, hierarchic software framework scheme. And then based on the system needs, the function module development, database design and graphical user interface design are completed. At the same time, this software users can introduce other third party software according to need. It makes this software flexibility, high efficiency, high completeness, and also can add to all improvement measures, but the advantage of assessment guide word. It has tested in certain application that this software is of value.
