| After the introduction of the online billing system in BSS billing domain, theinsufficiency about the pre-paid billing support ability exist for many year was solved in themobile telecommunications business, at the same time this also meet the urgent demand of thesupporting ability on mobile side billing. The introduction of the new online billing system forthe first time to make pre-and post-paid billing supporting to reach equilibrium. But in3Gscenario, how to meet the full-service operation on the content services, especially to meet therequirements on supporting ability of cross-network/product binding and the combination ofmarketing, the mobile telecommunications business in China will continue to face manycomplex business challenges. For example: some of the bundled class business, especiallyinvolving cross-pre-, post-paid users to share the balance; produce consolidated accountspromotions given away, or sharing, based on the cumulative amount of real-time gift. Inaddition, the mobile telecommunications business operations put forward higher requirementson multiple payment and settlement timeliness. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce a newbalance center, and further concentrated on the balance of class data sharing and management,to achieve convergence with the surrounding system, to build a unified, converged billing isparticularly necessary.Firstly, this paper introduces the basic concepts of integration of billing systems andrelated technical knowledge.Secondly, the paper describes the basic concepts of integration on billing systems andrelated technical knowledge and the implementation of the integration on billing systemsbalances management subsystem.
