Current, our country agriculture is in a critical period in which experiences a rapidtransformation from traditional agriculture to high yield, high quality, efficient, zoologyand safety. In order to make our fruit industry production full use of climate resources,climate change, and mitigate the influence of meteorological disasters and secondarydisasters, and effectively serve the production of Shan xi fruit industry, and promotefruit grower increase production and income, thus, we implement orchard agriculturalmeteorological observation system construction project is of great significance.First, the background and significance of the construction of the orchardmeteorological test Observing System elaborate overview of the research, and thesystem uses J2EE technology and3G network, and then discussed the latestdevelopment of3G network technology at home and abroad.Second, detailed description of the overall design of the system, including anoverall description of the system requirements, design, coding, and expected results. Theconstruction and implementation of the system will greatly promote farmers’ productionand income increase and improve the management efficiency and quality of the orchard.The system has the features of cross-platform and portable. It can be operated underLinux、 windows platform.
