Production operations management is the basis of the exploration and exploitationof oilfield. In recent years, the oilfield has established many systems like data center,production command center, and martime emergency command system etc. But thecollaborative management of production operations is not formed yet. Due to the largedata, wide scope,informative and strong professional, production operation data alsorequires high in realtime,reliability and consistency. What’s more, data processingschedule,process of production data,the intermediate results and final results datainputting data, results of the progress and its distribution in vairous enterpirses,fielddata gathering and processing results in all kinds of parameters, these information querystatistics need daily summary, reporting and real-time processing. This work is donemanually, not only big workload and likely to cause errors. At the same time as the workneed more frequent communication link, it is diiffcult to achieve high eiffciency of dataprocessing and interpretation.In order to realize information integration between departments, implement theresources shairng and information transmission, the production operation collaborativemanagement system must be developed. Therefore, to establish this system can fullyembody the information technology features like monitoring, early warning, andcollaboration. It is very necessary to improve the overall strength of the productionoperation field.System is developed to adapt to field production, making full use of networkresources advantages, and meeting the requirements of the information resourcessharing between departments. The system is not only the need of increasing productionoperation collaborative management, but also the requirements of speeding up the paceof production network information construction and improving production eiffciency. Atthe same time,through the establishment of collaborative management model anddevelopment collaborative management basic business tfinctions, we realize the unifiedaccess control design and process management and form a production operatingplatform based on collaborative management. It effectively improves the eiffciency of the management in the production and safety.This paper gives the detailed system design and descirbes the realization of thespecific function of each module. Through the integration and use of existingachievements and resources, collaborative business as the breakthrough point, thesystem supply platform for production work to meet the application requirements ofdepartments at all levels. Eventually system users actually get a simple and eiffcient,network environment, thus greatly improve production eiffciency. Practice proves thatthe system can greatly improve the production management level. It can give supportfor leaders at all levels to monitor production, decision making, and collaborativemanagement.
