Information technology development strategy of China's information technology is the world's development trend. China attaches great importance to information technology of oil, to promote information technology as the integration of the two, an important measure to change the development mode. In order to improve the production of Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. of the business process management capabilities, enhanced production of command and management, construction projects can improve the operational mechanism, increase capacity and related construction projects in the areas of convergence and effectiveness of management efficiency, comprehensive protection for the construction of the Daqing oil field production project completed by the annual plan, we have proposed in this research topic.In the study of this topic in the actual field of enterprise applications and the combination of long-term planning for the background information, the use of information technologies to develop a production management system.
