Under the background of R&D with Cooperative Production Management System of the supply chain management ,the paper adopts collaborative computing method and WSRF(Web Service Resource Framework) framework design concept, and explores the CPMS software model design and optimization in the SOA environment in depth. It improves the traditional model of contract net and integrates it into the CPMS software model. The paper proposes a collaborative network Cooperative Production Scheduling strategy based on improving contract net .The listed collaborative scheduling software model can allocate and share physical resources fast and effectively in a rational way. Meanwhile, the strategy intelligelizes the agent software unit by means of multiple agents, and gives a description of the CPMS’s consultation process by KQML .Overall, Under the guideline of the object-oriented or component oriented software design method, the thesis elaborates UML object to the CPMS architecture analysis and design, introduces multi-Agent technology design patterns for software architecture optimization, and gives a feasible description on the parts of ACME to CPMS.First , according to the framework design concept of WSRF/SOA, CPMS functional model is established according to the analysis based on the needs of the field, combined with UML model of the CPMS. The CPMS construct use case diagrams and activity diagrams are also built, which utilizes the ontology approach to describe CPMS functional model.Second, based on the analysis in the field, workflow technology model is built . Multi-Agent technology is introduced to optimize collaborative production scheduling model and thus single agent unit model coupled with agent negotiation model is introduced .Then contract net negotiation model is incorporated for improvement. Subsequently, the collaborative production scheduling strategy for improving contract net is suggested, which can effectively improve interoperability, intelligence and remote resource scheduling capabilities of the system.Then, in the field of design, a CPMS object architecture model is built and optimized through design patterns and agent mechanisms. What is more, the group collaborative model RCM based on role is put forward and collaborative production scheduling model is optimized by RCM. Subsequently, the model was refined and remodeled through delicate design. The whole structure of relations between objects in the system is described. And also the interactive model and state model behavior model of objects are adopted in the system description.Last, a software development platform is displayed .Systemetic component diagram is listed in the light of CPMS architecture structure. Software architecture description language (ACME) is used to present a feasible description of each component. Then the typical algorithm for the program in the system is implemented.On the whole, based on the analysis of CPMS in the field, the paper proposes CPMS software framework grounded on WSRF/SOA .By introducing contract net and multi-Agent technology , the paper proposes the collaborative production scheduling strategy and multi-Agent scheduling computing for improving contract net .The suggestion significantly improves efficiency of the management of collaborative production scheduling, which possesses certain theoretical and practical value.
