Economic globalization brings opportunities and challenges to the Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).To be the winner of competitions,SMEs should not only have the ability of exploiting market through technical innovation and product update,but also have the fast-reacting ability of changeable market.In order to enhance the overall competitiveness and reduce operational risks,joint production,synergic production,win-win situation become more and more popular among individual enterprises.So how to provide synergic production management information services are very meaningful to SMEs.In this paper,aiming at solving the actual demands among SMEs,a platform of dynamic alliance synergic production management(DA_SPMP) based on the synergic production of SMEs and combining the information system characteristics of ASP model is proposed and the concrete process is researched.The main research contents in this paper included:1.According to the production characteristics,DA_SPMP based on ASP is proposed. Networks layered model of the platform and function system,software frame are analyzed. Using the modeling language of UML,a model of platform information is built,and finally two key technologies of DA SPMP is posed,that are the Collaborative production plan making and control.2.By analyzing the characteristics of coordinated manufacture,the task model of synergic production and the processing model of alliance members are introduced,and then based on these two models,DA_SPMP model based on the contract network protocol is built.According to process of DA_SPMP,a dynamic alliance production plan is formulated,which included three important steps:task decomposition,enterprise pre-concentration and alliance members' selection.Suitable alliance members are selected by using the Bi-level Quantum Evolutionary Algorithm,and dynamic alliance is established at last.3.A process control model of DA_SPMP is built through the analysis of dynamic alliance synergic production characteristics,and its two important parts:process monitoring of synergic production and production delay treatment of alliance members are analyzed.So the synergic tasks are implemented more successfully.4.Appling all the proposed methods in the paper,a DA_SPMP is established based on the ASP platform.Through the application,the method of plan making and control for dynamitic alliance is proved feasibility and effectively.
