Now, with the maturity of network technology, the Internet has replaced traditionaldesktop applications to become the preferred way to access to computer services amongthe general population. Meanwhile with the maturity of large-scale computingtechnology, cloud computing, an emerging industry model based on Internet, has alsobeen put on the agenda. After large computer was took over by client-server computerin the1980s, cloud computing will bring the second huge change in Informationtechnology field. It describes a new Internet-based model of customizing, updating,using and paying for Information services. It usually provides a dynamic way that canbe expanded easily to access the virtualized resources via the Internet. Generallyspeaking, cloud computing services can be divided into three levels: Infrastructure as aservice (IaaS); Platform as a Service (PaaS); Software as a Service (SaaS).The industrial model named SaaS dates back to cloud computing, but can beaccepted more easily than the high-level customized cloud computer by the ordinarypeople. SaaS has been the concern of many small and medium enterprises since itsbirthday. However, in the education industry, especially for primary and secondaryschools, SaaS applications do not spread widely.Unlike colleges and universities, the fund and technique invested in the hardwareand software infrastructure construction are not abundant. In order to compensate forthis vulnerable field and promote the information level, this paper research the demandfor primary and secondary schools. Based on these needs, I study the key technologiesof the SaaS platform and finally design and develop an SaaS application integrationplatform for primary and secondary schools. The completed work includes:Research of primary and secondary information module. Collect the needs forprimary and secondary school, analysis and divide the functional modules to meet theseneeds and complete the original design of System modules.System Platform Architecture designing. To solve the specific problems faced bythe primary and secondary school information, this article takes the advantage of SaaSmodel to design the SaaS platform architecture and each functional modules detaily. Research and figure out the solution of multi-tenant data isolation to meet thedemand for multi-tenant characteristics and ensure safety and consistency of the data.Researching High-performance technology. Research virtual server technology,high-performance application server technology and data caching technology, take theneeds of high-performance services among the primary and secondary schools intoconsideration, promote the performance of the entire platform and shorten responsetime to enhance the user experience.Platform construction. Construct the operation and management platform forprimary and secondary schools with the open source technology that is widely spread.Finally put it into trial operation.
