To solve these problems, proposed applications of cloud computing technology solutions. Based on the introduction of cloud computing technology on the basic principles, discussed the principles of cloud computing information resources organization and services. Analyzed the feasibility of using cloud computing technology to build information resources cloud organization and cloud services. On the basis of defining connotation, requirements analysis, and functionality implemented, build the cloud-based information resource organization and service platform, and made operational mechanisms to promote the efficient operation of the platform.Take the third phase of the construction project of China Academic Library & Information System as an example, based on the introduction of the CALIS, summary of its construction strategy third phase construction project, empirical analysis the applications cloud computing technology in its construction.
