| Transformation of business models and the business demand for innovation give birth to technological progress, and technological progress is deepening software services. Cloud Computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) are just comforming with this trend. Aiming at providing services to clients, SaaS regards that the essence of software is service.SaaS supports a single center-multi client mode,it can give full play to the economies of scale. SaaS can significantly reduce the cost of software construction,implementation and maintenance.Meanwhile, SaaS can expand the servie capacity of ISP reducing the operating costs of the ISP. As a promising direction of the development of the software industry, SaaS will definitely bring about the innovation of the operating mode of the software services and business mode.On the basis of the analysis of the current condition of the sofeware serice model,the paper elaborates the dual pressure of innovation of the technology and business model from the expectation of the external clients to operation costs of the software enterprises. The maturity of Cloud Computing and transform of the SaaS model give a new hope for the change of the service model of the software enterprises.Base on the study of the literature and technology system of clouding computing and SaaS,the paper carries on the theoretic study of the ways of the construction of software service syetem including the construction aim\the sphere of application and IT model of the SaaS,and summarizes the model of the operation and business of the SaaS. Then the paper studys the feasibility\the value for the sofeware enterprises and clients and safety of the SaaS.lastly the empirical research on the service transformation and innovation of business model of the Inspur Telecommution Corporation is made.At last,the paper points out the opportunities and the problems occuring in the SaaS development process,and give some suggesstions of the future of Cloud Computing-based software services. |
