These problems will bring aboutpotential hazards to the safety of company assets and even directly impact oncompany’s long-term development.This thesis adopts the C/S, B/S mixed mode, and synthetically uses Windows API,WMI (Windows Management Instrumentation, Windows management specification),reading and writing registry, TCP Network Communication, database storage, automaticsoftware upgrade and automatic operation technology to manage the equipmentscomprehensively and successfully solve the key problems in equipment management.The System is divided into two main parts which is man-machine interaction andmachine-machine interaction, with a total of eight modules, including userauthentication, organization management, asset management, material tracking andrepair records, performance calculation and update timing management, behaviorcontrol, client automatic updates and data backup, account checking and interfacefunction.Human-computer interaction mainly uses database technology, data encryptiontechnology to complete the organization management, personnel management,allocation of equipment management, inventory change management, repair recordsmanagement, material consumption management, authority management and databasebackup and other functions, which is convenient for equipment tracking system, toensure that the physical is consistent with the books. For ordinary users and professionalmanagement staff are partly developed the Web query interface and VB operationprocedure.Machine interaction part mainly use Windows API technology, WMI technologyand registry reading and writing technology to realize the software automatic operation, software version upgrade and automatically hiding, copy files, insert U disk or othersensitive operations, using the TCP network communication to realize the transfer ofcomputers software and hardware configuration data and performance data and remotecontrolling. Including client and server two independent procedures, they were runningin users’ computer and the server.Through the comprehensive application of these technologies, we will be able torealize the monitoring of computer software and hardware configuration, performanceand user behavior, and strengthen the consumption management of device distribution,repairing and allocation, further to realize remote control device and the remotemanagement, provide strong support for the equipment management. |
