The weather forecast is closely related to the daily life of the public.The accuracy of the forecast depends on the accuracy and reliability of meteorological data.The meteorological observation equipment is the source of meteorological data.The metrological observation equipment verification system is used to measure the meteorological observation equipment,and it's the important job responsibilities of the certification body.The meteorological measurement equipment verification software used by the current autonomous regional meteorological bureau is developed based on the C/S mode.The technical architecture is old and cannot be compatible with the current mainstream operating system,and the metrological verification standards adopted cannot meet the newly issued “Regulations for Metrology and Calibration” issued by the China Meteorological Administration.Therefore,the Autonomous Region Meteorological Bureau urgently needs to re-develop a set of meteorological measurement equipment verification systems that are easy to use and meet the business requirements of the new regulations.This thesis uses Java programming language,Nutz development framework and open source database system MySQL technology to design and development a weather metering equipment verification system based on B/S architecture.The system is designed according to the newly issued Departmental Metrology Verification Regulations issued by the China Meteorological Administration.It mainly includes functional modules such as equipment transceiver,equipment circulation,equipment verification,process approval,certificate printing,warning prompt,information inquiry and system management.The system has been successfully applied to the meteorological measurement equipment verification business of the Inner Mongolia Meteorlogical Administration.It greatly improves the efficiency of the verification of meteorological instruments and equipment,promotes the scientific management of the verification process of meteorological instruments and equipment,and lays an important foundation for the intelligentization of the verification process of meteorological instruments.The main work is as follows:(1)Analyzing the business processes such as equipment receiving and dispatching,equipment circulation,equipment verification,and customer collection during the verification process of meteorological measurement equipment,the functional requirements of the system are determined,and each functional module is analyzed in detail.(2)Creating the database and implementing the concrete function of the system to finish the Meteorological measurement equipment verification system based on Nutz framework.(3)Writing test case code to verify the system performance and functionality.
