Nowadays,enterprises do not have independent equipment management systems.In order to better serve enterprises and assist enterprise management,through the use of science and technology,the equipment management of enterprises is more standardized and informationized.Due to the lack of a mature information management system,the large number of manual accounts accumulate with the increasing amount of equipment and business volume,which makes the business process more cumbersome and causes managers.In management,I will try my best to solve various problems.At the same time,too many business processes and excessive business volume have caused important information such as equipment and capital flow directions to be shared in a timely manner.Relevant information cannot be grasped in time,and various situations cannot be handled in time.Based on the current situation,the thinning plant began to develop a management system.The first step in the design and development of this paper is to conduct a systematic analysis of the research status of the equipment management system of the domestic network,and then select the B/S architecture mode for R&D and design to meet the needs of the whole plant staff.According to the actual situation of the plant selection,combined with the development of the current rare selection plant and related requirements,the equipment management system that meets its requirements is developed,and the database model is constructed based on the analysis results.The database of this system adopts Microsoft SQL Server database.The database has stable performance and easy operation,which is very suitable for enterprise use.At the same time,the system adopts JSP technology.The application of this system is deployed in the remote server,which can be remotely controlled at any time.Application update,at the same time in the port design,as simple as possible to facilitate subsequent maintenance and changes,according to the above technology,combined with the actual situation of the unit,designed the overall framework and functional modules of the equipment management system.The module contains management modules such as users,systems,departments,devices,and inventory.Through the multi-faceted research on the enterprise,this paper develops and designs the management system through the interconnection of various departments and the related technologies.If the system is put into production,it will greatly change the backward equipment management mode of the thinning plant,the data processing capability and the ability to control the equipment have been greatly improved,and the timeliness of equipment information will be further improved.The efficiency of equipment and personnel will also be greatly improved.Therefore,from the perspective of demand and future development,the development of such a system is not only meaningful,but also can improve management efficiency,enhance overall competitiveness,and reduce the labor time of grassroots employees.
