As mobile Internet has become a very important part in people’s lives, changes also occurred within the way people acquire information. Nowadays more and more people start to read news and build social network online via mobile devices. Many news applications not only attract the attention of people by their real time information service but also promote a new way of interaction. This new type of interaction has led a trend of enterprise mobilization. Moreover, the Client-Connection-Cloud conception is getting more attention as the Internet enterprise rise. Such circumstances bring news applications a brighter future.This article aims to analyze the features of Html5technology, and present the whole process of building a news application’s framework with Html5, base on the users’requirements. The framework has applied Sea.js as a module standard and finished the design of scroll field, view module and widget module on the basic of Iscroll.js and Zepto.js. The program "EU in China" will be used as an example to present the process of building this mobile framework for news applications. The program involves the design of seven modules, which include guidance, flag and list. After the development the application is deployed on the IOS platform by PhoneGap. Finally the unit test and an overall test will be carried out to make sure the framework meets the requirements of users.The news applications have become an important role in people’s daily lives as well as an essential part of enterprise mobilization. More and more enterprise is going to develop their own news application, and this paper will provide a simple and efficient solution to them.
