The informatization of economic is the theme of our times. In recent years, with the deepening of grid industry marketization level, the State Grid Corporation and the power supply enterprise at all levels ask for exploring new management system in order to adapt to new challenges. The next-generation grid marketing automation system is a new era enhanced grid marketing competition in the market is an effective means to improve service. For the various segments of the power marketing, the establishment of appropriate automated data acquisition, transmission, integration, the analysis channels can effectively enhance the quality of the electricity service, electricity market development easier. Further, the system is able to efficiently and accurately put the power of personalized products, so that the power consumption of the society as a whole is more in line with the principles and policies of the country to establish a low-carbon society savings.By constructing automated network-based power marketing concepts and architecture, the new power marketing automation system model was constructed using the software engineering principles and methods, with demand analysis and system design. Firstly, the electricity source of information, the power repository, as well as the grid transmission of information flow conceptual framework was established based on in-depth research of web-based marketing techniques. Then, through in-depth analysis of requirement for each component including acquisition module, user fees, customer service, marketing management and marketing analysis module, the system feasibility was demonstrated, objectives of system was proposed and the core basis of business process was diagramed. The overall system software design including the level of software architecture and functional architecture using HIPO design principles were completed in one-to-one correspondence for the detailed design. And system relational database design with communication system transmission network design was completed as well.
