As the communications industry competition white-hot,mobile phone users has increasing saturated,and the enterprises has becoming more complexity,the market competition is not only the product price competition,the whole business competition among the telecommunication enterprises' stock users has become increasingly intense,"Servicing the high quality users well,Holding the high quality users well" is particularly important.So enterprises need to keep the users as the center,strength technology,business,services and management innovation,and constantly enhance the comprehensive strength and core competitiveness,providing users with a more comprehensive service.Jiangxi Unicom in this transformation process,also exposed many problems,such as the business enterprise value of extensive management,lack of systematic value management system;the level of resources monitoring can't be quantization,early warning of the accountabilitycan not be done;responsibility is not clear,not all levels of performance measure responsibility;lack of first-line assessment with the effective incentive mechanism,the enthusiasm of the staff to be excavated and so on.Based on the problems exposed in the operation of Jiangxi Unicom,the concept of grid marketing management information system,supporting the services of the first-line management unit,put forward from the point of view of grid management.From concept to implementation process,this paper states three aspects,system requirements analysis,system designing and system implementation.In the he system requirements analysis part,analyzing the support needs from the Jiangxi Unicom daily operation,the most in need of implementation consists: system management module,working plan management module,performance managemententmodule.There are seventeen function modules in the three subsystems.In addition to functional requirements,in order to ensure the system stabilizing working,there are performance requirements,operational requirements and other requirements of these non-functional requirements have been included.After system requirements analysis is the system design part.In this part,this paper first defines the design objectives and principles,and then carries on the overall design,including the system location,processing flow,technical scheme and network topology.Finally in the module design part,respectively,from the functional description,data description and processing process for the detailed design stage.Based on the completion design,then enter the system implementation,descript some of the functions of the module pre conditions,post conditions,input,output and the show form of the module,and also the source code of the core of the functional module is attached.Through the implementation and application of grid marketing management information system,providing a different interface for different roles based on the operation data of Jiangxi Unicom that integrated,showing the concerned data real-time,but also for providing the powerful data protection evaluating the various business units and users.
