This paper introduces the research background of the human resources management system, sketches out the problem to be solved, discusess the meaning and importance of the research project and elaborates the development methods and related technologies of the research project. In this paper, the object-oriented analysis and design are used to describe system, the corresponding UML model and the system design goals are gived. the system is carried out by a detailed needs.analysis that includes business requirements, functional requirements, data requirements and non-functional requirements, At same time, the business process diagrams,the use case diagram, the concept class diagram and use case descriptions are given. In the system design, the overall design and module design are used to describe system, the function module mainly includes personnel management, payroll management, attendance management, recruitment management,etc. The function structure diagrams of the module design, class diagrams, sequence diagrams and processing flow chart are presented, design content and interface design is elaborated, and the entity class diagram, E-R diagram and database table structure are used to elaborate the design of the database. Finally, the contents of the study are summarized on my main work, pointing out the shortcomings of the paper, and further work is prospected.
