With the development of Internet and e-commerce,people have accepted online shopping.Compared with traditional business,the sales return is more likely to happen in the e-commerce environment.The electric commercial enterprises pay more attention to customers return to improve their core competitiveness.Therefore,the sales return should make the appropriate adjustments and improvements in the logistics system of e-commerce.Until now,many scholars have made very rich research about the comprehensive integration of location-inventory-routing.But in real life customer' needs and sales return are random.Considering the perspective of objective reality,this paper established Stochastic Location-inventory-routing Problem with Consideration of Returns in E-commerce.It builds the integrated optimization model of the sales return both with the quality problems and with no quality problems,and designs an effective hybrid algorithm to solve the model,This article respectively discussed the optimal parameter combination of algorithms,it is concluded that the relatively optimal hybrid algorithm,and three different size of case is verified,finally the effectiveness of the algorithm is proved.This paper is mainly divided into five parts:In the first chapter,this paper introduces its research background,research significance and research situation of home and abroad,indicates that it is necessary to research this topic.In the second chapter,this paper presents two algorithms,that is Pseudo-parallel Genetic Algorithm integrating Simulated Annealing and chaos Differential Evolution integrating Simulated Annealing,to solve the model in this paper.It introduces the basic theory and knowledge of these algorithms.In the third chapter,this paper establishes a random LIRP model of quality defect-free returns in the e-commerce environment model and designs the solving model of Pseudo-parallel Genetic Algorithm integrating Simulated Annealing.The effectiveness and superiority of this algorithm have been verified through eight sets of numerical examples.In the fourth chapter,this paper established a stochastic closed loop LIRP model and its algorithm research of mixing quality return in the e-commerce environment,and designs three kinds of hybrid algorithm to solve this model respectively.Compared to the three kinds of hybrid algorithms,we get the optimal algorithm to solve this problem and we verified the effectiveness and superiority of this algorithm through eight sets of numerical examples.In the fifth chapter,this paper summarizes the researches that have done in its entirety and points out the direction of future research.
