| With the development of electronic technique, control science and communicationtechnology, the pattern of production and management has greatly changed in flour mill,which causes the traditional system can not adapt to the trend of intelligent andinformation. The article do some research on a four mill’s automation and productionsystem with the aim to solve the problem about data cannot be shared and the lowprecision quantitative weighing control system.This dissertation mainly contains four aspects as follows:1) The process routing of the original control system and the defects that exist wereanalyzed. The results of the analysis found and confirmed the final communicationsolution. In the end, we only use a cable to achieve the PLC communication whichcombined the modbus protocal and RS485communication interface. At the same time, italso reduces the workload of laying out cable.2) To solve the problem about the low precision quantitative weighing system, thisarticle analyses many factors that affect the system’s accuracy. the system adopts a dualcontrol at the feeding gate by using adjustable valve and solenoid valve,fully considersthe available opening of adjustable valve in long—run term,which can adjust the feed rateaccording to current weighing state through adjustable valve,meanwhile live up toquantitative control through solenoid valve.3) As for software,the system adopts a control strategy combined with the traditionalPID control algorithm and a fuzzy control algorithm with self-correct factor. Thecombination of two kinds of control means,not only improves the dynamic response ofthe system,but also reduces the static error of the system, that enhances the robustness andstability of the system greatly.4) Using the configuration software compiled the on-site real-time monitoringinterface.In all, this dissertation completes the designing of hardware and software, describesthe flow chare of hardware and software, and displays the system flow with theconfiguration designing in real time. The reformed system runs stably, creates a certaineconomic benefit, and the purpose of reforming is achieved. |
