The weighing control systems have been widely used in industrial production. However cable communication means has been adopted in traditional weighing control systems, it is restricted to use complex environment and long-distant of data transmission. With the wireless network technology development, the wireless weighing control systems cater to the needs of the market. Therefore, weighing control systems of research and design which based on wireless technology is very important.Three aspects have been considered as a solution of the wireless network weighing control system in the thesis.(1)The weighing controller that was designed based on C8051F060 enhanced MCU. The hardware and software design methods and anti-jamming measures are elaborated in detail. Two control algorithms, which include the extensive material to ensure weighing speed and small leak to ensure weighing accuracy respectively, are adopted in order to solve the contradiction between speed and accuracy in the dynamic weighing, and solve the problem of dropping. So it coordinates effectively between accuracy and speed of weighing, and solves the problem of dropping.(2)The design of wireless multi-machine communication systems solve the limitation of wired communication.(3)The weighing control system not only needs stabilization and effectiveness but also friendly and perfect user interface, and comprehensive data management system. This article designs PC monitoring software, and develops driver program based on VB 6.0 software in order to establish communication between PC and weighing controller. In industrial production, the wireless weighing control systems provides an effective solution for accurate weighing measurement, data recording and management of bulk materials weighing at port.
