The dynamic quantitative weighing process is studied in this thesis. A new control method base on fuzzy control is proposed. The control system is designed and the related simulation experiments are made. According to the study on the specifications of spiral feeding quantitative weighing process, the control method is used to design a real project and a weighing computer control system is designed. The main contents are composed of the following parts:This paper summarizes the survey of dynamic quantitative weighing systems, The physics mechanism of the dynamic weighing is studied and the mathematics model is established. The simulation experiments are made, too. The analysis shows that usual adjustment ways are not applicable enough because of the changing dynamic model in the time-variable non-linear system. So relations between zero-point and extreme points of the system and weight are drawn according to the system's mathematical model and the zero-point of dynamic adjustment ring change with the changes of extreme points, and on trail compensation is made at all times to achieve the aim of dynamic adjustment which enables the best parameters system to be kept during the process of weighing in and real signals to be obtained.The basic principle of the fuzzy control is described. By using fuzzy control theory and making simulated conditioned experiment, a project of high precision fuzzy controller in dynamic quantitative weighing system is proposed.According to the specifications of dynamic quantitative weighing process control in a spiral feeding dynamic quantitative weighing system, the control method base on fuzzy control is applied for a real work.
