Development And Research Of Embedded Industrial Ethernet Intelligent Node Controller

Intelligent node controller is an important part of the industrial network control system, which plays an essential role in the industrial network control system. Intelligent node controller promotes the application of Ethernet in the field of industrial controlling. Hence, the main job content is to achieve intelligent node controller development and research.First of all, this paper analyzes the present situation of the field bus and the features of the field bus, then analyzes the advantages of Ethernet and the feasibility of using Ethernet in industrial automation control. Briefly introduces the Ethernet technology, embedded echnology and CAN bus. This paper elaborates on the key technologies needed in the process of research and study of intelligent node controller:industrial Ethernet system and TCP/IP protocol. Combining with the key technology research and the characteristics of intelligent node controller, this paper proposes embedded industrial Ethernet intelligent node controller overall framework.Secondly, this paper designs the hardware of intelligent node controller.Using Freescale Company’s32-bit microprocessor chip MCF52234as the core of the intelligent node controller, this paper mainly introduces the design of the hardware peripheral, which includes power supply modules, data acquisition modules, Ethernet communication module, FlexCAN module, serial communication interface module, JTAG and BDM debugging module.Then, this paper completes the software development, including the function of data acquisition and the Ethernet communication.Then gives the intelligent node controller system main program design, data acquisition module program design,Ethernet communication module programming and CAN bus program design. All the software is completed in an integrated software development environment-Code Warrior.Finally, the intelligent node controller system is tested and analyzed.
