With the developing of our national economy, diversification of jobs and business requirements of the requisite human resources are increasingly high. In fact, plan to introduced the advanced equipments, the average utilization rate was far below standard. Phenomena showing that:a lot of highly skilled personnel needed at this stage. Through skills training is an effective method, but the traditional training method has many drawbacks. Against this background, the proposed use of virtual reality technology of the three characteristics:immersion, interactivity and imagination, you can simulate the real environment, enabling trainees in a virtual environment for skills training. The virtual reality technology is only a learning tool, how full and rational use of this tool is the key.In this study, the main content:Virtual environment for the novice to the expert can promote changes in; under the guidance of expert and novice model-based virtual reality training system development skills; construction of the experts and novice model verified. By analyzed expert novice model of domestic and foreign to find out the difference between expert and novice. By one expert cognitive apprenticeship learning and skills transfer theory and the RPD model yields a dynamic learning environment for novice to expert help thinking over. Explained by theory of elasticity for complex cognitive knowledge is knowledge in the field of non-well-structured learning methods, teaching strategies that Random Access. Based on the above theoretical knowledge of expert novice model established under the guidance of based on virtual reality technology skills training model. Skills training under the proposed model, development of dangerous chlorine chemical industry skills training system, and to assess the effect of learning. The results show that under the guidance of expert novice model virtual reality training system has a good effect, showing a model of scientific and effective.
