In the recent years, quality of labor has played more important role in the development of manufacturing industry. We are supposed to pay more attention to the skills of assemble workers in last part of production. Growing computer technology makes vestibule training which bases on virtual reality a bright future. They are Simulated Driving. VERICUT and Virtual Assembly. This article try to build a training system based on three-dimensional model. Exploring human-machine interaction, this training system provides students with real assembling process experience.In this text,4 speed gearbox is taken as an assemble object. To build the training system, we need study on the following: creation and optimization of three-dimensional model, the collision in virtual environment and human-computer interaction techniques. This training system put students into a real working environment consisting of assemble operation, properly parts moving, assemble task finishing.The system is built upon Virtools. For better training effect, it is very important to do research and analyses on real assemble work. In this system, there are disassembly demonstrating module, assembly practice module and evaluation module with human-computer interaction. Also the system support to test installation sequence and installation paths or live help in need to finish the assembly task. Operator can learn from the evaluation module through Point out the problem and to improve the assembly workers'operating skills.
